As Rotary begins a new year of service, Rotary International is calling on members around the world to embrace the 2026-27 theme, "Create Lasting Impact.” The theme encourages Rotarians to focus not only on creating change, but on building results that endure in our communities, our organizations, and in our own lives. Rotary International President Olayinka H. Babalola reminds us that meaningful impact comes when people unite, take action, and invest in solutions that continue to benefit others long after a project is complete.
For our club, “Create Lasting Impact” is both a challenge and an opportunity. Whether we are supporting local students or strengthening community partnerships, we strive to leave a positive mark that lasts for generations. Throughout the coming year, we look forward to highlighting projects and stories that demonstrate how Rotarians are making a sustainable difference—locally, globally, and personally. Together, we can create a legacy of service that inspires others and strengthens our community for years to come.
